About Us

Coracor Design's story starts long ago in New York City.

Excited to introduce the unique handcraftsmanship of Turkish local designers, Coracor began its journey in 2006 and helped many American design lovers meet authentic and artisanal pieces from Istanbul.

I am a huge believer of building bridges between people and cultures. Many years later, after I moved to Mexico City to pursue my dreams for my start-up company Bonded, I was allured by the local designs and decided to revive Coracor, this time building a bridge between Latin America and Istanbul.

I find it fascinating to be exposed to different cultures and being a messenger between them. I select every single design piece by piece. Please remember every one of them is unique. I want Coracor to remain as a naive and authentic brand, cherishing the long legacy of cultures, never losing their local flare.

I admire every single piece and the story behind them. More importantly, I will continue my mission to support women who produce and create, regardless of the geography and origin with everything I do. I believe it is the only way to thrive!
